Ticonderoga Publications is thrilled to announce the forthcoming publication of the first collection by the best-selling and award-winning writer Kim Wilkins.
The collection of novellas, The Year of Ancient Ghosts, is scheduled for publication in June 2013.
"Kim writes amazing tales driven by her passion for medieval literature and history,” Ticonderoga Editor Russell B Farr said.

Kim Wilkins was born in London, and has degrees in literature and creative writing. Her first novel was published in 1997. She has published across many genres and for many different age groups. Her latest books, contemporary epic romances, are published under the pseudonym Kimberley Freeman. Kim has won many awards. She lives in Brisbane.
Her debut novel, The Infernal, won two Aurealis Awards (Best Fantasy Novel and Best Horror Novel), published as a limited edition hardcover by Ticonderoga.
The contents include “The Death of Pamela”, “Crown of Rowan”, “Wild Dreams of Blood”, and two as-yet unwritten novellas tentatively titled “The Year of Ancient Ghosts” and “The Lark and the River”.
There will also be a nonfiction essay about researching and writing the medieval.
The Year of Ancient Ghosts is scheduled for publication in June 2013. The collection will be available in limited edition hardcover, trade hardcover and paperback editions.
